Cloud Solution

With a cloud-based solution, users can centrally manage devices distributed across multiple sites, enhancing overall operational efficiency. There’s no need to build or maintain separate physical servers, which helps reduce initial setup costs. Simply access the dashboard anytime, anywhere through a web browser and start using the solution with ease.

Remote Calibration

Calibration can be performed remotely without the need to visit the physical site. Regardless of geographical distance or location*, real-time calibration can be taken promptly through built-in calibration sensors**, cloud servers, and a dedicated application - reducing operational overhead and simplifying maintenance. By eliminating the need for on-site intervention, the system improves efficiency in both time and cost.

* Requires a network-enabled environment for client-server connectivity.

** The 27HS713C, 40HT513D model features a detachable sensor instead of a built-in one.

The 32HL512D model requires the installation of an external sensor, which is sold separately

Automation

By automating repetitive and routine calibration and quality assurance tasks, users can improve operational efficiency. Once a schedule is set, required tasks are automatically executed for each device group at defined intervals. By minimizing manual intervention, operational resources can be reduced, while quality remains consistent and stable.

Device Monitoring

Device monitoring enables users to detect anomalies and respond quickly to potential issues. Monitoring data is collected automatically and can inform future device management and operational improvements.

Visualization

Even with a large number of devices and sites, the dashboard helps users quickly understand both overall and detailed information. Through an intuitive interface, users can easily check the status of individual devices and, when needed, group multiple devices together to efficiently configure and execute tasks. This visualization enables operators to more easily understand the overall flow and make decisions, even in complex environments.

* Each server can manage up to 10,000 monitors.

LG Calibration Studio Medical

How It Works

LG Calibration Studio Medical consists of a cloud system and dedicated apps installed on each workstation, connected with LG medical displays*. Operators can access the cloud dashboard anytime, anywhere** using a web browser on a desktop, laptop, or mobile device. From the dashboard, they can centrally manage devices deployed across multiple sites remotely. Based on the schedule set by the operator, the cloud sends commands to devices to automatically perform calibration. Calibration results are automatically generated as a report and delivered to the operator via email.

DICOM Calibration

With the front sensor, LG Calibration Studio Medical (LCS Medical) enables convenient calibration of medical monitors for compliance with DICOM Part 14. By calibrating the grayscale tones and brightness of the monitors, this software enables precise and consistent display of medical images. This software not only supports fast calibration but also enables simultaneous calibration for multiple monitors.
